Account Deletion Request
We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your Mercury Airyy Mobility account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.
Before You Delete
Please note:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
- All your rental history will be deleted
- Any pending refunds will be processed before deletion
- Active rentals must be completed before deletion
- Outstanding payments must be cleared
What Data Will Be Deleted?
- Personal information (name, email, phone, address)
- KYC verification records
- Rental history
- Payment transaction records (as per legal retention requirements)
- App preferences and settings
Note: Some data may be retained as required by Indian law for audit and compliance purposes.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Via App
- Open the Mercury Airyy app
- Go to Profile > Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your request
Option 2: Via Email
Send an email to support@mercuryairyymobility.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered mobile number
- Your registered email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within 15 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
